The new generation of Raising Machines VECTRONIC is manufactured in two versions: SA and DA. Both versions are electronically operated, thus guaranteeing a perfect synchronization among the diferent drive shafts.

VECTRONIC 30 DA

The DA (Double Action) version is a classic machine in pile/counterpile execution which has been specially designed for all kinds of woven or knitted fabrics in which a long pile is required, such as: carded woollens, cotton fabrics, conventional pile blankets, Raschel blankets, Ketten fabrics, microfibre, etc.

When you want to get a short and thick pile, the SA (Single Action) version in the full counterpile execution is the most appropriate solution.
For over 25 years, our system composed of THREE DRUM/FABRIC CONTACT ZONES, with independent tension adjustment in each of them, has entailed an advance as regards the quality and a production increase, as well. This machine has been specially designed for tubularor open knitted fabrics such as plush, polar fleece,golden, Pyrenean wool, etc.
