  • High-efficiency cutting unit, unique on the market thanks to its ruggedness and its accuracy.
  • Axial motion of the shearing roller.
  • Pneumatic lifting of the shearing roller for the front grinding of the blade.
  • Fabric feed and tension by means of asynchronous motors, driven by a vectorial inverter.
  • Raising brush group composed by a roller covered with animal hair or metallic wire to prepare the fabric for the shearing process.
  • Motorized shearing height with digital visualization.
  • Detector for the automatic seam passage by means of the motion of both shearing and defibring tables.
  • Beater on the back side. Visualization on the panel of all the work parameters, which are exactly reproducible.
  • Built-in switchboard.
  • Manufactured according to the Directive EC89/392 and its modifications.
  • Certification "EMC" 89/336.

The Shearing of synthetic fibres, particularly of microfibres, wears the cutting edge, since they are highly abrasive. Our Automatic Central Lubrication (optional), helps obtain spectacular results as regards the cutting quality and the life of the blade.
