MICROPEL - 300		  

Thanks to the experience gained in the field of woven and knitted fabrics our engineering department has developed a new machine concept called MICROPEL-300.

The machine MICROPEL-300 is equipped with 5 brushes having great diameter, manufactured with nylon monofilament and abrasive shot. The high bending recovery capacity offered by nylon, together with the high abrading power of the shot used, result in a very long service life compared with that of the systems that have been in use until now.
The machine MICROPEL-300 enables you to adjust the speed and particularly the fabric tension thanks to the four motordriven rollers that guarantee a crease free fabric transport.

Between the brushes the machine is equipped with deviation bars that make it possible to give more or less contact to the fabric onto the brushes.

A new central dust exhaustion system absorbs the dust exactly in the area where it is generated. (Patented)

The combination of speed and direction of rotation of the brushes, together with the fabric speed and tension make it possible to obtain unsurpassable finishes on all kinds of woven or knitted fabrics, including the mixtures with lycra.  

The machine MICROPEL-300 is controlled by a PLC that enables you to store the working parameters of each fabric type, so that they can be reproduced later. A touch-sensitive display provides the man/machine dialogue.  
The main advantages of the machine MICROPEL-300 are:

  • Very pleasant feel surface, without pile.
  • Higher breaking strength as a result of the lesser mechanical stress.
  • Finishing Consistency during thousands of meters, thanks to the brush life.
  • Perfect sueding evenness, even on fabrics showing differences between selvages, thanks to the brush flexibility.
  • Lowest fabric deformation guaranteed by the fact that transport is carried out by means of motor-driven rollers.
