A NEW CONCEPT FOR SHEARING FABRICS

The experience obtained along 35 years building Shearing machines, it has allowed us to design the EVOLUTION-2000 (Patented) that contributes to a new concept of Shear Fabrics. Chemical fibres fabrics with high pile density to be cut, present problems of premature waste of the edge and also of evacuation of the cutted pile. Both inconveniences let to bad results of the machines and in the quality of the finished fabric. The fundamental characteristic of EVOLUTION-2000 is based in that the Shearing Unit is in invested position, so that the fabric circulates above the Shearing Unit: other machines circulates UNDERNEATH.

The system allows less aspiration power since the cut pile falls for graveness and it is evacuated more easily.

The EVOLUTION-2000 differs of the other Shearing Machines, for the following reasons:

  • Impossibility of stains of lubricant oil on the fabric when running above the Shearing Unit.
  • The cut pile falls for graveness outside of the reach of the fabric requiring less aspiration and saving rising energy.
  • The fabric is not contaminated with cut pile.
  • Perfect vision of the area of having SHEARING.
  • Absence of catwalk of service, always annoying for the operative.Bigger easiness for recovering of the edge of the flat Blade.
  • Less time for grinding.
